To understand the impact of long-term work stress on teachers’ sleep, we investigated the sleep conditions of secondary school teachers. Survey participants and methods 1. Survey participants ① Observation group: 166 teachers (81 female teachers) were selected as teachers in secondary schools for more than 15 years. Youngest 38 years old, maximum 50 years old.
