《新课标》的实施对地方基础英语教育的师资提出更高的要求,师资培训势在必行。而传统的专家讲解式的师资培训观念和模式已经不适应新时代的要求,导致参培效果不尽人意,因此建构一套全面高效的参与式师资培训体系尤为重要。本文从基础英语师资培训目标的定位、培训内容的设置以及培训方式的选择等方面阐述了参与式师资培训模式体系,旨在加强基础英语教师对新课改的理解和运用。
The implementation of “New Curriculum Standards” puts forward higher requirements on teachers in local basic English education, and teacher training is imperative. However, it is particularly important to construct a comprehensive and efficient participatory teacher training system. However, traditional expert explanations of teacher training concepts and models have not adapted to the requirements of the new era, resulting in less satisfactory results. This article elaborates the participatory teacher training mode system from the aspects of the orientation of basic English teacher training objectives, the setting of training contents and the choice of training methods, and aims to strengthen the understanding and application of basic English teachers to the new curriculum reform.
