本研究在对我国高校外语教师职业认同研究现状进行综合分析,运用质性和量性结合的研究方法对教师职业认同的概念、结构、特点及其影响效应模型等进行了系统的研究。同时,编制了符合心理测量学要求的教师职业认同的测量工具,运用教师职业认同量表进行样本调查,从理论上构建教师职业认同的概念和结构维度进行分析,采用相关分析以及结构方程等模型方法探讨教师的职业认同的影响效应,为外语教师的职业认同水平的提高提供科学的理论方法依据。
This research is based on a comprehensive analysis of the status quo of professional identity of foreign language teachers in colleges and universities in our country. By using qualitative and quantitative methods, the author studies the concept, structure, characteristics and impact effect models of teachers’ professional identity systematically. At the same time, a survey instrument is established to meet the needs of teachers in the field of psychometric measurement. The teacher occupation identification scale is used to conduct a sample survey. The theoretical and structural dimensions of the construction of teachers’ professional identity are analyzed. Correlation analysis and structural equation Methods to explore the impact of teacher’s professional identity effect for foreign language teachers to improve the level of professional identity to provide a scientific and theoretical basis.
