国际经验告诉我们,企业要在竞争中立于不败之地,就必须不断的进行技术创新。在企业技术创新的过程中,作为创新主体的研发人员是最关键的因素和最活跃的核心资源。然而随着组织扁平化、机构精简及人事制度改革的深入发展,越来越多的研发人员进入了职业发展的高原期。本文从个人、家庭和组织三方面对这一现象产生的原因进行了分析,并从研发人员和企业两个维度提出了解决问题的对策。
International experience tells us that enterprises must be invincible in the competition, we must continue to carry out technological innovation. In the process of enterprise technological innovation, R & D personnel as the main body of innovation are the most crucial factor and the most active core resource. However, with the flattening of organizations, the streamlining of institutions and the deepening reform of the personnel system, more and more R & D personnel have entered the plateau of career development. This paper analyzes the causes of this phenomenon from three aspects: the individual, the family and the organization, and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem from the two dimensions of R & D personnel and enterprises.
