光斑的绝对位置和强度是同步辐射光束线性能的重要参数,本文研制的双丝XBPM系统既可以监测束流的稳定性,又可以探测光斑的形状、光强的分布。详细介绍了该系统的物理设计思想和机械设计要求,阐述了其光学设计原理,并对局部B轨参数的调整和垂直光斑绝对位置及光斑半高全宽FWHM测量的实验过程进行了详细介绍和分析。自行研制的XBPM系统顺利地完成了对光束强度的扫描和对光斑绝对位置的信息传递任务,指导了局部B轨参数的调整。
The absolute position and intensity of the spot are important parameters of the synchrotron radiation beamline performance. The dual-wire XBPM system developed in this paper can not only monitor the stability of the beam but also the spot shape and intensity distribution. The physical design idea and mechanical design requirements of the system are introduced in detail. The principle of optical design is expounded. The adjustment of the local B-rail parameters and the experiment of the absolute position of the vertical spot and FWHM of the full width at half maximum of the spot are introduced and analyzed in detail. The self-developed XBPM system successfully completed the task of scanning the beam intensity and transmitting the absolute position of the light spot, and guided the adjustment of the local B-rail parameters.
