随着我国社会的稳步发展,需要处理和保护信息越来越多,需要人们重视各种信息资源的整理和保护。档案整理和保护过程属于一种信息保护的行为,它可以把重要的资源进行保存下来,便于以后的查阅和借鉴。为了更好提高档案管理和保护的措施,人们开始运用电子档案进行日常的整理和保护。但是这种档案管理模式也存在比较多问题,查询和增删里面的信息不够灵活,同时想查阅出符合某种条件的人物和事件有很大困难。本文针对目前电子档案管理与保护过程中存在的问题进行分析综合,提出运用数据库管理来提高当下档案管理和保护的短板,让档案管理和保护提高到更高的层次。
With the steady development of our society, more and more information needs to be handled and protected, and people need to pay attention to the sorting and protection of various information resources. File consolidation and protection process belongs to a kind of information protection behavior, which can save important resources for future access and reference. In order to better improve the file management and protection measures, people began to use electronic files for daily sorting and protection. However, there are still many problems with this file management mode. Inquiries and additions and deletions are not flexible enough in information. At the same time, it is very difficult to find out characters and events that meet certain conditions. In this paper, we analyze and synthesize the existing problems in the process of electronic file management and protection, and propose to use database management to improve the short board management and protection of the current file so that the file management and protection can be raised to a higher level.
