目的研究不同清洗刷对污染铜绿假单胞菌的内镜清洗效果,为更有效消毒内镜提供参考。方法通过细菌定量检测方法,对不同清洗刷清洗消毒内镜的效果作出评价。结果不同清洗刷处理后的残余细菌计数结果进行比较总体差异有统计学意义;不同清洗次数的残余细菌计数方差分析结果比较差异有统计学意义。各因素不同水平间的多重比较,清洗刷组的变量间比较结果示尼龙毛刷组和圆盘刷组之间的差异都有统计学意义。结论使用圆盘刷刷洗两次能够最佳地清除模拟内镜管内的铜绿假单胞菌。
Objective To study the effect of different cleaning brushes on the endoscopic cleaning of Pseudomonas aeruginosa so as to provide reference for more effective disinfection endoscopy. Methods Bacterial quantitative detection methods were used to evaluate the effect of different cleaning brush cleaning and disinfection endoscopy. Results The results showed that there were significant differences in the results of residual bacteria counting after different cleaning brushes. The results of variance analysis of residual bacteria count with different cleaning times showed significant difference. Multiple comparisons between different levels of different factors, the results of the comparison between the variables of the cleaning brush set showed that the differences between the nylon brush set and the brush set were statistically significant. Conclusion The use of a disc brush to scrub twice best for the removal of Pseudomonas aeruginosa within simulated endoscope tubes.
