目的 :探讨生慧颗粒对老年性痴呆模型大鼠的学习记忆及海马细胞凋亡的影响。方法 :采用基底核微量注射 β-淀粉样蛋白 ( Aβ,1~40 )造成大鼠老年性痴呆模型 ,灌胃给予生慧颗粒 ,观察药物对大鼠学习记忆能力及海马细胞凋亡的影响。结果 :大鼠基底核注射 β-淀粉样蛋白后 ,学习记忆受损 ,海马神经细胞变性增多 ;生慧颗粒能改善大鼠学习记忆障碍 ,抑制海马细胞变性。结论 :生慧颗粒对 β-淀粉样蛋白所致的老年性痴呆大鼠具有治疗作用。
Objective : To investigate the effects of Shenghui Granules on learning and memory and hippocampal apoptosis in senile dementia model rats. METHODS: Rat model of senile dementia was induced by microinjection of β-amyloid protein (Aβ, 1-40) into the basal ganglia and was administered to Shenghui granules by gastric gavage. The effects of drugs on learning and memory and hippocampal apoptosis in rats were observed. RESULTS: After basal nucleus injection of β-amyloid protein, the learning and memory were impaired, and the degeneration of hippocampal neurons was increased. Shenghui granules could improve the learning and memory impairment of rats and inhibit the degeneration of hippocampal cells. Conclusion: Shenghui Granules have therapeutic effects on senile dementia rats induced by β-amyloid protein.
