棒料,目前广泛采用的是棒料剪切机和在压力机上用剪切模具来剪切落料。由于用这些方法所获得的剪切断面的质量不好,致使剪切下的棒料不能直接用于冷挤压等工艺。为了提高剪切断面的质量,我们对棒料精密剪切进行了工艺试验,以探索新颖的棒料剪切机的结构和主要参数,为整个锻压新工艺的发展提供配套设备。我们的工艺试验是在济南汽车配件厂的大力协助下进行的。根据我们所了解的资料,提高剪切断面质量有两个很重要的因素:(1)提高剪切速度;(2)在整个剪切过程中棒料要处于夹紧状态。现有的棒料剪切设备中,剪切速度约为0.3~0.5米/秒;而有的试验资料表明,剪切速度最高达到15米/秒。现有的棒料剪切设备中,
Bar material, currently widely used is the bar cutter and the press with a shear die to cut blanking. Due to the poor quality of the shear section obtained by these methods, the sheared bar can not be directly used for cold extrusion and other processes. In order to improve the quality of the shear section, we have carried out technological tests on the precision cutting of bar to explore the structure and the main parameters of the novel bar cutting machine, and provided the complete equipment for the development of the new forging process. Our process test is carried out with the help of Jinan Auto Parts Factory. According to our understanding, there are two important factors to improve the quality of the shear section: (1) increase the shear rate; and (2) the bar should be clamped during the entire shearing process.
