结合当前形势,分析公安机关事件处置机制的不足,吸取西方对于处理群体性事件的经验,制定更加全面有效的群体性事件处置机制。
Combined with the current situation, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the handling mechanism of public security agencies’ incidents, draws on the Western experience in dealing with mass incidents, and formulates a more comprehensive and effective mass incidents disposal mechanism.
