妊娠期急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis in pregnancy,APIP)是指特发于妊娠女性的急性胰腺炎(AP),其发病急、进展迅速、病程复杂、并发症多、临床处理棘手,严重地威胁了母婴健康,是妊娠合并的主要外科急腹症之一~([1])。本研究通过回顾性分析哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院1999年4月至2015年6月收治的43例APIP病人的临床资料,总结、归纳诊治经验供临床参考。现报告如下。
