思想政治理论课渗透职业核心能力培养,是高职学生职业内在发展的需要,是高职院校人才培养目标达成的要求,是高职思想政治理论课实效性的现状呼唤。这种渗透式教学是利用思想政治理论课丰富的理论资源,在完成思政课目标任务的基础上,通过目标嵌入、内容迁移、方法融合、评价体现等环节对学生进行职业核心能力的培养。在教学实施过程中,还要牢牢把握“德”与“才”的融合,“量”与“度”的适切,“隐”与“显”的渗透等原则。
