技术人才流失作为国有企业人力资源管理的一个基本问题已日趋严重。本文在分析国企人才流失现状及其流失原因的基础上提出相应策略。主张通过建立动态灵活的用人机制,建立科学合理的考核机制,营造良好的企业文化、建立合理而又弹性的薪酬制度、设计好人才职业生涯规划、加强企业的损失控制等,提出解决国企人才流失的对策,实现国企又好又快的发展。
As a basic problem of human resources management in state-owned enterprises, the loss of technical talents has become increasingly serious.
