近年来,高校职务犯罪现象增多,犯罪案件泛滥成灾,切实加强高校预防职务犯罪工作迫在眉睫。本文通过阐述目前高校预防职务犯罪制度存在高校权力的失衡与专断的人治化,缺少权力制衡与自治的法律化;存在高校管理的市场化与行政化,缺少教育科学化与专业化;存在高校廉政教育的抽象化与形式化,缺少职业伦理化与具体化。重点提出以高校管理专业化,高校后勤、基建及采购社会化,高校预防职务犯罪法律化,来重构我国高校预防职务犯罪制度,使高校回归净土。
In recent years, the phenomenon of job-related crimes in colleges and universities has increased, crime cases have become rampant, and it is imminent to conscientiously strengthen the prevention of job-related crimes in colleges and universities.
