在结核病的外科治疗过程中,临床上常采用在充分抗痨(抗炎)及支持治疗的基础上,行结核病灶清除,消灭残腔,达到治愈的目的.我们应用多功能脓胸病灶清除器,将刮匙和吸引管结合在一起,行开放或闭式结核病灶清除术175例,其中慢性结核性脓胸65例,胸椎结核29例,腰椎结核33例,胸壁结核29例,颈淋巴结核17例,肺结核空洞2例.一次手术治愈171例,治愈率达97.7%.应用此器械令搔刮和吸引同步,省时省力,失血量少,疗效满意.
