在深入推进三集五大体系建设的过程中,随着国家电网公司市场化进程的不断延伸,客户信用度管理愈来愈得到电网企业的重视,选择对客户更宽松的管理方式成为了首选。但是,由于有的客户存在长期欠费的行为,从而导致电网企业财务出现风险的可能增大,在这种情况下客户用电风险预警管理开始得到电网企业的重视。在这种情形下,本文立足于电网企业的发展前景,通过对客户用电风险预警管理的相关理论进行分析,结合电网企业预警管理的实际内容,通过理论和实践相结合,找到电网企业客户用电风险预警管理的相关对策。
