目的 探讨醋酸局部注射对肝组织的影响 ,探讨该法治疗肝癌的机制并与无水乙醇治疗进行比较。方法 SD大鼠 80只 ,随机分为A、B、C、D 4组 (n =2 0 )。分别将 10 0 μl的醋酸液、无水乙醇液分别注入同一大鼠肝外叶、左外侧叶。A、B、C、D组分别在注射后 1h、2d、4d及 6d后剖杀 ,观察肝脏病变。结果 醋酸组在坏死灶直径、坏死率、病灶内及边缘区出血、囊腔形成及网络样损伤等方面均较无水乙醇组有显著差异。结论 醋酸具有比无水乙醇更显著的肝细胞损伤作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of local injection of acetic acid on liver tissue, and to explore the mechanism of this method for treating liver cancer and compare it with absolute ethanol treatment. Methods 80 SD rats were randomly divided into A, B, C, D 4 groups (n = 20). Separately, 100 μl of acetic acid and ethanol were injected into the extrahepatic and left lateral lobes of the same rat. A, B, C, and D groups were sacrificed at 1h, 2d, 4d, and 6d after injection to observe liver lesions. Results The acetic acid group had significant differences in the diameter of necrosis, necrosis rate, hemorrhage in lesions and marginal areas, cyst formation and network-like lesions compared with the absolute alcohol group. Conclusion Acetic acid has more significant hepatocellular damage than absolute ethanol.
