北京京水利基础总队1992年从国外引进2台液压导板抓斗、全液压履带式起重机和超声波测斜仪等。对这些设备进行配套使用,已完成4道水电工程混凝土防渗墙和4道城区钢筋混凝土地下连续墙以及110根矩形桩的施工。使用BH型液压抓斗进行混凝土防渗墙造孔施工,可提高建墙速度,一台抓斗造孔工效相当于15~20台冲击钻机;减少施工人员,一台抓斗由10人操作,而15~20台冲击钻机需150~200人操作;节省护壁泥采用量,抓斗造孔施工为0.3m ̄3浆/1m进尺,而冲击钻需3m3桨/1m进尺;减少施工临建和生活临建;无嗓音,无震动,泥浆污染少,为文明施工创造了条件,是比较好的造孔机械。
