早熟桃种胚培养的主要问题是种子发育时间短(在100天以内)种胚发育不完全,干物质积累少,播种后发芽率很低,甚至不能发芽。为了提高早熟桃的育种效果,解决早熟桃杂交种子的出苗、成苗率,国外采用了种胚培养技术。近几年来,国内外也有许多单位进行种胚培养技术的研究,而对于生育期70天左右的早熟桃获苗率很低。本所为培育早熟桃的新品种,从1973年着手做种胚培养技术的研究,在改进 Tukey 培养基,低温处理等方面有一点成效,现将达一试验的结果简介如下:
The main problems of precocious peach embryo culture are short seed development time (less than 100 days), incomplete embryo development, less dry matter accumulation, low germination rate after sowing, and even no germination. In order to improve the breeding effect of precocious peach, peach hybrid seed to solve the emergence of seedlings, seedling rate, abroad adopted embryo culture technology. In recent years, there are many units at home and abroad for embryo culture technology research, and for the growth of about 70 days peach seedlings planted very low rate. In order to cultivate new varieties of precocious peach, the institute started to study embryo culture technology in 1973, and made some achievements in improving Tukey’s medium and low-temperature treatment. The results of this trial are summarized as follows:
