目的:用实验法测出利福平水溶液最稳定pH及3种缓冲剂对利福平水溶液稳定性的影响。方法:用恒温加速实验法研究利福平的稳定性。按中国药典(1990年版)法测定利福平的含量,对实验数据进行配对t检验。结果:绘制出pH-速度图,利福平含量配对t检验结果表明:含醋酸盐和硼酸盐缓冲剂两组相比,无显著性差异(P>0.05),而含磷酸盐组与含硼酸盐或醋酸盐组相比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:利福平水溶液最稳定pH为6.0~7.0。利福平在硼酸盐或醋酸盐缓冲液中比在磷酸盐中稳定,磷酸盐可能促进利福平降解
OBJECTIVE: To determine the most stable pH of rifampin aqueous solution and the effect of three buffers on the stability of rifampicin aqueous solution by experimental method. Methods: The stability of rifampicin was studied by constant temperature accelerated test. According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (1990 edition) method determination of rifampicin content, the experimental data paired t test. Results: The pH-speed map was plotted and the rivalry content paired t-test showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups containing acetate and borate buffer (P> 0.05) There was significant difference between the group and the borate or acetate group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The most stable pH of rifampicin solution is 6.0-7.0. Rifampicin is stable in borate or acetate buffer over phosphate, which may promote rifampin degradation
