泄漏检测是汽车工业生产中许多零部件质量保证的关键技术,为了适应大型自动化生产背景下的高精度快速检测,设计研发了一套常压快速检漏系统。该系统运用T-Guard氦浓度传感器的累积法检漏原理,配合抽真空系统、充氦系统、净化气体系统和电器控制系统等部分来实现高精度常压快速检漏。系统运行显示可以检测到泄漏率为10~10-5Pa·m3/s之间的漏点,检漏节拍小于1 min,在满足常压下检漏的同时,达到了检漏时间短、灵敏度高、效率能与生产线速度同步等要求,实现产品高精度的快速在线检测。
