Stratified γ-ray (SGS) measurement and analysis method is an important means of quantitative analysis of nuclear waste and radioactive waste. Among them, the interference (interlayer crosstalk) measured by the adjacent layers formed by the layers to the current layer is one of the sources of error in the analysis results. This work has studied the influence of crosstalk and measurement and calculation error on the crosstalk equations, and verified by experimental measurements and Monte-Carlo simulation.
