本文研究了Hg(Ⅱ)-TMK-十二烷基磺酸钠体系的分光光度特性和最适宜的显色条件。在PH值为3.5的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中。显色体系在540nm处有最大吸收。其摩尔吸光系数ε(540)为1.46×10 ̄5mol(-1)·cm(-1)·L.测得配合物组成为Hg(Ⅱ):TMK=1:4.Hg(Ⅱ)在0~25μg/25ml范围内服从比耳定律。
In this paper, the spectrophotometric properties of Hg (Ⅱ) -TMK-sodium dodecyl sulfate system and the most suitable conditions for the color development were studied. In HAc-NaAc buffer solution at pH 3.5. The chromogenic system has a maximum absorption at 540 nm. The molar extinction coefficient ε (540) is 1.46 × 10 ~ 5mol (-1) · cm (-1) · L. The complex was measured as Hg (II): TMK = 1: 4. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 25μg / 25ml for Hg (Ⅱ).
