目的了解吸毒人群行为特征及对艾滋病预防知识的知晓程度,为探索有效的行为干预措施提供科学依据。方法2005年9～10月,使用全球基金第四轮中国艾滋病预防控制项目管理办公室统一制定的艾滋病行为特征、预防知识调查问卷,采用滚雪球抽样方法,对看守所、拘留所及社区吸毒人群进行调查。结果吸毒人群最近1个月、最近6个月与别人共用注射器的比率均较高,分别为64.8%,62.3%;最近1次与配偶或固定性伴使用安全套的比率、最近1次与商业性伴使用安全套的比率均较低,分别为11.1%,24.9%;对艾滋病3条传播途径的知晓率为69.25%,其中对性途径传播的知晓率较高为84.83%,而对母婴途径传播的知晓率较低为61.61%。结论吸毒人群高危行为发生比例较高,艾滋病防治知识水平有待进一步提高。
Objective To understand the behavioral characteristics of drug addicts and their knowledge of AIDS prevention knowledge and to provide a scientific basis for exploring effective behavioral interventions. Methods From September to October 2005, HIV / AIDS behavior characteristics, preventive knowledge questionnaire and the snowball sampling method were jointly developed by the fourth round of AIDS prevention and control project management office of Global Fund to investigate detention centers, detention centers and community drug users. Results The proportion of sharing syringes with others in the last 6 months was 64.8% and 62.3% respectively in the recent 1 month and in the recent 6 months. The ratio of the most recent condom use to spouses or partners was the same as that of the commercial ones Condom use were lower, at 11.1% and 24.9%, respectively. The rate of awareness of the three routes of transmission of AIDS was 69.25%, of which 84.83% was high for awareness of sexual transmission, The awareness rate is lower at 61.61%. Conclusion High proportion of drug users have high risk behaviors, and knowledge of AIDS prevention and treatment needs to be further improved.
