本文论述了我国渤海地区风暴潮的特点，指出渤海地区一年四季均有风暴潮发生，而且发 生在这里的温带风暴潮较台风风暴潮既频繁又严重。建立了一个球坐标系下的温带风暴潮数值 模式，并利用该模式对发生在渤海地区的９２１６号特大风暴潮进行了数值模拟，成功地再现了这 次过程，这表明：只要计算的风场准确，温带风暴潮的数值预报是可行的。
This paper discusses the characteristics of the storm surges in the Bohai Sea region of China. It points out that all the typhoon tides occur in the Bohai Sea all year round, and the typhoon storm tides that occur here are both frequent and severe. A numerical model of temperate storm surge in the spherical coordinate system was established and the model was used to numerically simulate the typhoon wave No. 9216 in the Bohai Sea area. This process was successfully reproduced. This shows that as long as the calculated wind field Accurate, numerical prediction of temperate storm surge is feasible.
