2000年7月我矿副井HKME2×4×1.8型绞车检修时,发现两滚筒支环有7处开裂,开裂情况如图1所示,最为严重的一处开裂达290mm,实施补焊后使用一两天又在该处开裂。经分析认为,滚筒支环开裂的主要原因是:滚筒有微变形;滚筒与支环贴合不好;支环对接处焊接工艺不当,焊接残余应力过高。当滚筒受钢丝绳圈压缩力时,出现应力集中而发生支环开裂。因
