儿童食品作为一类特殊营养食品,根据身体发育的不同时期,大致可分为婴幼儿、学龄前、学龄期食品。由于儿童的生理特点和生长发育的特殊需要,《食品卫生法》对此类食品提出了更高的营养卫生要求,为了解全市流通市场儿童食品的营养卫生状况,我们于2000年4~8月对部分食品进行了卫生学调查,现将结果分析报告如下: 1 材料与方法 1.1 对象 此次调查将调查对象分为三类:15年中小学校(含幼儿园)100米范围内的食品小摊贩计166家;32个农村副食门市部;城区内较大规模的6家副食品
Children’s food as a special type of nutritious food, according to different periods of physical development, can be divided into infants and young children, preschool, school-age food. Because of the physiological characteristics of children and the special needs of growth and development, “Food Sanitation Law” put forward higher nutritional and health requirements for such foods.
