目的 研究唾液酸化LewisX和选择素P在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤转移潜能的关系。方法应用催化信号放大 (CSA)法检测 90例大肠癌组织和 30例远离癌组织的正常大肠粘膜的唾液酸化LewisX和选择素P的表达情况。结果 在远离癌组织的正常大肠粘膜中 ,唾液酸化LewisX表达率为 16 7% ,选择素P的表达率为 0 0 % ;而在大肠癌组织中唾液酸化LewisX和选择素P的表达率分别为 94 4 %和 6 4 4 %。结论 唾液酸化LewisX和选择素P在大肠癌组织中的高表达与肿瘤转移潜能有关。联合检测对评估癌组织的转移及预后具有重要的临床意义
Objective To investigate the expression of sialyl Lewis X and selectin P in colorectal carcinoma and its relationship with tumor metastasis potential. Methods The expression of sialyl LewisX and selectin P in 90 cases of colorectal cancer and 30 cases of normal colorectal mucosa away from cancer tissues were detected by the method of catalytic signal amplification (CSA). Results In normal colorectal mucosa away from cancer, the expression rate of sialyl LewisX was 16.7% and that of selectin P was 0%. The expression rates of sialyl LewisX and selectin P in colorectal carcinoma were 94 4% and 644%. Conclusion The high expression of sialyl Lewis X and selectin P in colorectal carcinoma is related to the metastatic potential.
