针对冷凝器、热管等热交换器使用的小直径、超长钢-铜包覆管的技术特征,提出了三辊连续减径轧制生产新工艺。结合两种金属固有特性、金属塑性变形理论、三辊连轧技术等,详细制定了包覆管前处理、装配、加热、连续轧制以及热处理方案;通过有限元模拟和试验研究,对其连轧过程中的金属流动规律、管材内径、外径、壁厚变化进行了比较和分析,并测试了包覆管的结合强度。结果证明用该工艺生产超长小直径钢-铜包覆管是可行的。
Aiming at the technical characteristics of small diameter and ultra-long steel-copper cladding tubes used in heat exchangers such as condensers and heat pipes, a new process of three-roll continuous reducing mill was proposed. Combined with the inherent properties of two metals, the theory of plastic deformation of metal, the technology of three-roll continuous rolling, the scheme of pre-treatment, assembly, heating, continuous rolling and heat treatment of cladding tube was elaborated. Through finite element simulation and experimental study, The law of metal flow, the inner diameter, outer diameter and wall thickness of the pipe during the rolling process were compared and analyzed, and the bonding strength of the coated pipe was tested. The results show that the use of the process of production of ultra-small diameter steel - copper clad pipe is feasible.
