目的研究用分流法计算标准湿度发生器流量比的方法.方法依据该湿度发生器原理,提出流量比计算方法;采用一组简化的饱和水汽压计算公式,在-50~50℃的温度范围内的计算结果与用Wexler公式的计算结果最大误差小于0.2%;并用增强系数fw对实际气体的饱和水汽压公式进行了修正.结果得到流量比公式q1/q2=γw,tc/γw,td-1,并给出了饱和混合比γw,t的具体计算方法.结论该方法可作为研制分流式标准湿度发生器的理论依据,并可作为该发生器智能化的基础.
Aim To study the method of calculating the flow ratio of standard humidity generator by shunt method. Methods According to the principle of humidity generator, a flow rate calculation method was proposed. A set of simplified saturated vapor pressure calculation formulas were used. The maximum error between the calculation results at -50 ~ 50 ℃ and the Wexler equation was less than 0. 2%; and with the enhancement coefficient fw on the actual gas saturated vapor pressure formula was amended. The results obtained flow ratio formula q1 / q2 = γw, tc / γw, td-1, and gives the concrete mixture ratio γw, t specific calculation method. Conclusion This method can be used as a theoretical basis for the development of a shunt standard humidity generator, and can be used as a basis for the intelligent generator.
