陆羽《茶经》,是我国、也是世界上的第一部系统地、全面地总结关于茶叶知识的书,公认为成书于公元780年,距今已1200多年。撰者陆羽,在《新唐书》有传,说“不知所生,或言有寺僧得诸水滨,畜之。既长,以《易》自筮,得《蹇》之《渐》,曰‘鸿渐于陆,其羽可用为仪。’乃以陆为氏,名而字之。”关于陆羽的生卒年代,无明确记载。据浙农大庄晚芳教授的推断,约生于729年。又据《新唐书·陆羽传》记载,“贞元末卒”。贞元是唐德宗李适年号,在公元785—805年,共21年。 《茶经》总结了直到唐代中叶有关茶的知识,是以陆羽亲自调查、访问与直接参加采茶、制茶、茶叶审评诸劳动实践为基础的。唐诗中就有:僧皎
