目的探讨前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素9(PCSK9)在新诊断T2DM患者及NGT人群中的差异及其与血糖、胰岛素及其他代谢指标的关系。方法选取新诊断T2DM患者200例和NGT者244名,ELISA检测血清PCSK9水平。结果 T2DM组血清PCSK9水平高于NGT组[(90.58±40.48)vs(63.09±33.83)ng/ml](P<0.01)。总人群血清PCSK9水平与年龄、SBP、BMI、WC、TC、TG、LDL-C、FPG、FIns、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)呈正相关,与HDL-C呈负相关(P<0.05);NGT组血清PCSK9水平与年龄、TC、LDL-C、FIns、HOMA-IR呈正相关(P<0.05);T2DM组血清PCSK9水平与TC、TG、LDL-C、FPG、FIns、HOMA-IR呈正相关(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析显示,LDL-C是PCSK9的影响因素,总人群及T2DM患者中,FPG是PCSK9的影响因素。结论 T2DM患者血清PCSK9水平高于NGT人群.PCSK9可能参与了糖尿病的发生发展。
Objective To investigate the difference of PCSK9 in newly diagnosed T2DM patients and NGT population and its relationship with blood glucose, insulin and other metabolic parameters. Methods Totally 200 newly diagnosed T2DM patients and 244 patients with NGT were enrolled in this study. Serum PCSK9 levels were measured by ELISA. Results The serum level of PCSK9 in T2DM group was significantly higher than that in NGT group [(90.58 ± 40.48) vs (63.09 ± 33.83) ng / ml] (P <0.01). The level of serum PCSK9 in the general population was positively correlated with age, SBP, BMI, WC, TC, TG, LDL-C, FPG, FIns and HOMA- IR, but negatively correlated with HDL-C (P <0.05). The level of serum PCSK9 in NGT group was positively correlated with age, TC, LDL-C, FIns and HOMA-IR (P <0.05). The level of serum PCSK9 in T2DM group was positively correlated with TC, TG, LDL-C, FPG, (P <0.05). Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that LDL-C was the influencing factor of PCSK9. In the general population and T2DM patients, FPG was the influencing factor of PCSK9. Conclusion The serum level of PCSK9 in T2DM patients is higher than that in NGT population, and PCSK9 may be involved in the development of diabetes mellitus.
