谷胱甘肽是生物体内多种酶的辅酶,它能使多种酶激活,并参与体内多种氧化还原反应,从而使细胞代谢活跃。本品可应用于各种肝脏疾患,及用于解毒、脱敏、防止白内瘴进展等。遵照毛主席关于“洋为中用”的教导,从保障我国劳动人民身体健康的需要出发,于1973年5月开始进行谷胱甘肽的试制工作。经国内外资料调查,我们选择了利用三苯氯甲烷做保护剂的谷胱甘肽合成路线。这条路线于1965年曾由法国Amiasd等人报道过,1971年日本三置健太郎等人进行了工艺改进,我们在参考有关资料的基础上,经过群策群力,大胆实践,在氨基酸保护该步反应的操作上有所改进,并在接肽缩合操作过程中也作了改进。其合成路线及工艺过程简介如下:

After domestic and foreign data investigation, we chose glutathione synthetic route using trichloro methane as a protective agent. This route was reported by Amiasd et al. In France in 1965. In 1971, Mitsuhiro Mitsuhiro and others carried out the process improvement. Based on the relevant information, we bravely worked hard to protect this step of amino acid reaction Operational improvements have been made and improvements have been made in the process of peptide condensation. The synthetic route and process are as follows:
