目的确定血尿酸是否与心房颤动独立相关。方法 2015年6月-2016年5月在本院住院的心房颤动患者和非心房颤动患者,分为观察组(房颤组)和对照组(非房颤组),各136例。以性别、年龄、血尿酸、空腹血糖、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、糖化血红蛋白、吸烟史、嗜酒史、高血压、糖尿病及冠心病病史等多重危险因素与心房颤动进行多变量分析。结果观察组中具有冠心病史的比例为50.74%,高于对照组中的24.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组尿酸水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、冠心病史、尿酸均为心房颤动的危险因素。血尿酸与心房颤动呈正相关(r=0.454,P<0.05)。结论血尿酸为心房颤动的危险因素,血尿酸与心房颤动有关。
Purpose To determine if uric acid is independently associated with atrial fibrillation. Methods Patients with atrial fibrillation and non-atrial fibrillation hospitalized in our hospital from June 2015 to May 2016 were divided into observation group (AF group) and control group (non-AF group), with 136 cases in each group. The effects of smoking, smoking and smoking on the basis of gender, age, serum uric acid, fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), HDL-C, LDL-C, History, history of alcoholism, hypertension, history of diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease and other multiple risk factors and atrial fibrillation multivariate analysis. Results The observation group had a history of coronary heart disease was 50.74%, higher than the control group 24.26%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The level of uric acid in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age, coronary heart disease history, uric acid were risk factors for atrial fibrillation. Serum uric acid and atrial fibrillation were positively correlated (r = 0.454, P <0.05). Conclusion Serum uric acid is a risk factor for atrial fibrillation, and serum uric acid is associated with atrial fibrillation.
