将超短期负荷预报 ( SSTLF)用于电力系统自动发电控制 ( AGC) ,让机组出力随时与系统负荷的变化同步 ,实现了 AGC的超前控制 ,使 AGC具有了预见的能力。提出了 2种算法 :一种是将负荷预报分量作为调节功率处理 ;另一种是将负荷预报分量作为基本功率处理。这主要取决于AGC控制区域的具体情况。该方法在广东省电网 EMS中的实际应用证明是切实可行和有效的
The short-term load forecasting (SSTLF) is applied to automatic generation control (AGC) of power system, and the output of the generating unit is synchronized with the change of system load at any time. The advanced control of AGC is realized and the predicted capability of AGC is achieved. Two algorithms are proposed: one is to use the load forecast component as the regulated power; the other is to treat the load forecast component as the basic power. This mainly depends on the specific circumstances of the AGC control area. The practical application of this method in Guangdong Power Grid EMS proved to be practical and effective
