检察机关应对暂予监外执行加强监督,但司法实践中暂予监外执行的各个阶段都存在监督难点,阻碍了检察监督职能的发挥,文章拟通过对现行暂予监外执行检察监督工作中难点的剖析,进而探讨如何完善暂予监外执行制度,完善检察监督机制。
