为提高气浮陀螺仪漂移精度,采用有限元方法,研究狭缝宽度和浮子轴颈气膜厚度对气浮陀螺仪承载力、刚度以及涡流力矩的影响。结果表明,节流狭缝宽度和气膜厚度对气浮轴承承载力、刚度和涡流力矩等特性影响显著。在狭缝宽度为5~15μm和气膜厚度为10~30μm的区间内,通过分析两者的数值对气浮陀螺仪刚度和涡流力矩的影响,得到狭缝宽度和气膜厚度的合理匹配关系。并考虑加工难易程度以及制造误差对涡流力矩的影响,得出合理的数值匹配,即狭缝宽度为7~8μm和轴颈气膜厚度为15~18μm。
In order to improve the drift accuracy of the air-float gyroscope, the influence of the slit width and the film thickness of the float neck on the bearing capacity, stiffness and vortex torque of the air-float gyroscope was studied by finite element method. The results show that the influence of throttle slit width and film thickness on the bearing capacity, stiffness and vortex torque of air bearing is significant. Through the analysis of the influence of the two numerical values on the stiffness and vortex torque of the airgun gyroscope, the reasonable matching relationship between the slit width and the film thickness is obtained in the range of the slit width of 5 ~ 15μm and the film thickness of 10 ~ 30μm. Taking into account the ease of processing and the influence of manufacturing error on the eddy current torque, a reasonable numerical matching is obtained, namely the slit width is 7 to 8 μm and the axial film thickness is 15 to 18 μm.
