建立与模型结构的非线性边界条件(间隙)相符合的数学模型,应用试验中测量得到的冲击台面上管道模型支承处的加速度时程作为输入载荷,采用ANSYS大型通用有限元程序,进行一系列的几何非线性瞬态动力时程分析,计算管道模型在冲击载荷作用下的非线性动力响应,将计算结果与试验的测量值进行比较。通过对各种计算方案的几何非线性冲击动力瞬态时程计算分析结果与试验的测量值之间的分析比较,探索支承间隙的合理模拟方法。
The mathematical model which accords with the non-linear boundary condition (clearance) of the model structure is established. The acceleration time history of the pipeline model supported on the impact table measured in the test is taken as the input load. ANSYS large general finite element program is used to carry out a series of , The nonlinear dynamic response of the pipe model under the impact load is calculated. The calculated results are compared with the measured values of the test. Through the comparison and analysis of the calculation and analysis results of transient calculation of geometric nonlinearity with various calculation schemes and the measured values of the test, a reasonable simulation method of bearing clearance is explored.
