In 2016, Suzhou City Federation of Trade Unions actively expanded its Pratt & Whitney projects in such areas as special protection, legal aid, employment services, psychological counseling, consumer incentives and health education with the objective of “strengthening the service of trade union organizations and providing substantial benefits to its staff and workers.” Suzhou unions focus on online and offline features integration and design services for members to provide online and offline complement each other a full range of services - the use of network technology to develop online services.
