战略引资、财务重组、股份制框架下的公司治理体系是我国商业银行改制的三个重点工作,但其中股权结构被作为基础。本文主要研究中国上市银行股权结构,通过描述性统计、相关性检验和多元线性回归分析研究股权属性(流通股比例)、股权集中度(第一大股东持股比例)、股权制衡度与上市银行的经营绩效之间的关系。
The corporate governance system under strategic investment, financial reorganization and shareholding system is the three key tasks of the restructuring of commercial banks in China. However, the ownership structure is taken as the basis. This paper mainly studies the ownership structure of listed banks in China. By means of descriptive statistics, correlation test and multivariate linear regression analysis, it studies the relationship between ownership of equity (the proportion of tradable shares), ownership concentration (proportion of the largest shareholder), equity balance and listed banks The relationship between business performance.
