一小村子只有一口水井,在村子前面。看上去只是平地一个坑,没有辘轳。本来是一眼山泉,人来泉水边居住,就地扩了个坑,三尺来深,井壁砌上石头,形状大小,像一口嵌在地皮下面的缸。水日夜汩汩喷涌,每到隆冬,缸井周围冰排慢慢鼓起来,高出地面,井也深下去一块。村庄地势有些慢坡。若是外来一个眼睛毒的人,一眼就能看出来:村人们从井里挑水回家,可以说实际上都是走的上坡路。小村子的人自己却仿佛浑然不觉,扁担在肩膀上依然那么呼扇呼
There is only one well in a small village in front of the village. It looks just a pit in the ground, there is no potter’s wheel.
