本文根据统计线性化原理,对载货汽车钢板弹簧迟滞随机恢复力进行分解,提出了适合于工程应用的钢板弹簧动态统计刚度与阻尼系数的计算方法。该方法的合理性经试验得以验证。本文提出的统计线性化模型可用于汽车悬挂参数的优化以及分析和预测汽车的平顺性。
Based on statistical linearization theory, this paper decomposes the hysteresis random recovery force of the truck spring, and presents the calculation method of dynamic statistical stiffness and damping coefficient of the leaf spring suitable for engineering application. The rationality of this method is validated experimentally. The statistical linearization model proposed in this paper can be used to optimize vehicle suspension parameters and to analyze and forecast the ride comfort of vehicles.
