以黄花菜的花蕾、花被及叶片等植物学特征及其经济性状为依据,选育出适于甘肃推广的三个优良品种:线黄花、马连黄花及小黄花。用扫描电镜对三个品种的花粉形态进行了观察研究。其花粉粒的形状、大小、外壁上的纹饰及网眼等具有共同的特征。线黄花与小黄花的网脊形态相似,但与马连黄花的网脊有一定的差异。对三个品种的物候学特性和资源概况也进行了观察和调查。 作者在研究黄花菜生物学特性的基础上,利用其根状茎繁殖快的潜在性优势,提出用快速繁殖法替代分株繁殖法。
Based on the botanical characteristics of flower buds, perianth and leaves of day lily and its economic traits, three excellent varieties suitable for popularization in Gansu were selected: yellow line, yellow line and yellow flower. Scanning electron microscopy of three varieties of pollen morphology were observed. Its pollen grains shape, size, ornamentation on the outer wall and mesh have the same characteristics. Line yellow and yellow flowers similar to the shape of the net ridge, but with the web of spangled flowers have some differences. Phenological characteristics and resource profiles of the three cultivars were also observed and investigated. Based on the study of the biological characteristics of day-lily, the author used the potential advantage of rapid propagation of rhizomes and proposed that the rapid propagation method should replace the alternate reproduction method.
