实验发现环丙沙星能与稀土钇离子形成二元配合物,使环丙沙星特征荧光显著增强。研究环丙沙星与钇离子的络合发光反应,建立了一种以钇离子为荧光探针分析痕量环丙沙星含量的新方法,在最大激发和发射波长为274 nm和429 nm处测定荧光强度,环丙沙星浓度在1.23×10-8mol.dm-3~1.23×10-6mol.dm-3范围内与体系的荧光强度具有良好的线性关系,检出限为5.00×10-10mol.dm-3(S/N=3)。该法用于盐酸环丙沙星药片、鸡饲料以及鸡蛋中环丙沙星含量的检测,结果令人满意。
Ciprofloxacin was found to form binary complexes with rare earth yttrium ions, which markedly enhanced the characteristic fluorescence of ciprofloxacin. To study the complex luminescence reaction of ciprofloxacin with yttrium ion, a new method for the determination of trace ciprofloxacin with yttrium ion as fluorescent probe was established. At the maximum excitation and emission wavelengths of 274 nm and 429 nm The fluorescence intensity of the system was linear with the fluorescence intensity of ciprofloxacin in the range of 1.23 × 10-8 mol.dm-3 ~ 1.23 × 10-6 mol.dm-3 with the detection limit of 5.00 × 10- 10 mol.dm-3 (S / N = 3). The method was applied to the determination of ciprofloxacin in ciprofloxacin hydrochloride tablets, chicken feed and eggs, and the results were satisfactory.
