耐火材料(引进产品)中的碳化物包括游离碳和碳化硅,由于其含量范围宽(0.00x~xx%),而且碳化硅熔点高,不易充分燃烧等原因,目前国内尚无比较理想的测定方法,因而成为引进耐火材料复验中的一个难题,本文介绍用高频燃烧—红外检测方法进行测定,实验证明,方法操作简便,分析精度较高,较为理想。 一、仪器与主要试剂 LECO CS-244碳硫同时测定仪。 纯钨粒(或LECOⅡ助熔剂);纯锡粒;纯铁粉。
