1996年4月，我们对北京市大兴、海淀、宣武三个区县的学前班现状进行了一次较全面的调查。面对调查结果，主要感受是理性认识有所提高，但工作中的小学化倾向仍然严重。一、教师的准备现发生了可喜的变化，但教育行为滞后学前班教师纯知识角度的准备观（即认为儿童入学前最重要 In April 1996, we conducted a more comprehensive survey of the status quo of preschools in the three districts and counties of Daxing, Haidian and Xuanwu in Beijing. Faced with the findings of the survey, the main feeling is that there has been an increase in rational knowledge. However, the tendency toward primary schooling at work remains serious. First, there is a gratifying change in the preparation of teachers, but the educational behavior lags behind the pure-knowledge perspective of preschool teachers (that is, the most important
