螺旋翅片管目前已广泛用于锅炉、压力容器等各个领域的换热设备上,用翅片管代替光管作为传热元件已显示出巨大优越性。本文对焊接翅片管(高频焊、钎焊)和整体螺旋翅片管的不同制造方法的各项指标进行了分析对比,尤其对目前新研制开发的整体螺旋翅片管作了较详细的论述,介绍了整体螺旋翅片管的耐压试验和传热特性试验等。从各方面看,整体螺旋翅片管比焊接螺旋翅片管显示出无比的生命力。
Spiral finned tubes have been widely used in heat exchange equipment in various fields such as boilers and pressure vessels.
