教师怎样看待教学、怎样看待学生,都是教学效果的决定因素。教师个体自觉主动地进行教育理念的更新、教学经验反思是教师提高专业化的保证,从而形成自身素质完善的专业提升的目的,实现教师专业化程度的进一步提高。高中数学教师要重视自身素质的提高,重视自身素质与高效课堂的构建关系,在教学理论、教学理念、教学方法、教学模式上下工夫。
