随着信息技术的迅速发展,信息资源数字化、网络化的进程进一步加快,高校档案数字信息化的建设成为档案界关注的热点。高校档案数字信息化,有着丰富的数字化资源、海量的存储、便捷的检索、快速的传输、高度的开放、信息的共享等优点。如何使高校档案信息加速向数字化方面发展,构建准确及时、经济、安全的档案信息数字化系统,成为当前高校档案管理工作者认真思考和不断探索的问题。
With the rapid development of information technology, the digitization of information resources and the progress of networking have further accelerated. The construction of digital archives of archives in colleges and universities has become a hot spot in archives industry. University archives digital information technology, has a wealth of digital resources, mass storage, convenient retrieval, rapid transmission, a high degree of openness, information sharing and so on. How to speed up the development of digital archives in college archives and how to construct a digital archives system which is accurate, timely, economical and safe has become a problem which the archivists in colleges and universities now think hard and constantly explore.
