课堂是学校教育的主阵地,是传承知识的主渠道。这个阵地不强,渠道不畅,再好的教育环境、再强的学生、再强的老师,都不能充分实现教育目的,充分达到教育功能的最大化。因此,构建高效课堂对于学校的发展、教师的发展和学生的成才都是极其必要的。对于构建高效课堂,在理论界已经有很多讨论和争论,大致有以下观点:1.构建高效课堂主要是个实践操作层面的问题,不是理论研究课题,不可能依靠理论思辨来真正解决,至少不能完全解决。高效课堂的研究,重点是通过实践反思、策略研究、行为调整,探索行之有效的实践思路、方法策略。比如
